You will receive one-on-one therapeutic counseling with a licensed mental health professional. Expect for the counselor to use theories to help you on your journey to better mental health.

Educational Counseling Group

Fee Range: $50-$150

Counseling consisting of a range of services, including academic advising, career exploration, and personal development support. This type of counseling is aimed at helping individuals to help them focus and make an informed decision about their academic and career goals.

Out of pocket fees may vary from: $50-$100

With Insurance: Fees may be different

Group counseling at Inspiring Hope Counseling consists of about 3 -8 people who meet with one to two therapists to work through a common topic or concern. Licensed mental health professionals also facilitate these groups.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of psychotherapy which uses play to work through emotional and mental issues with kids, teens, and possibly adults. It helps children process through their world of play. Some common techniques used in play therapy are: sand play, board games, Lego play, tea party, and board games.
